◆ product material: the main part of the joint is made of nickel plated brass, the clamping part is made of nylon plastic (PA), and the seal and O-ring are made of nitrile rubber (NBR).
◆ product certification: European CE certification, European ROHS certification and European reach certification.
◆ protection grade: within the specified bayonet range, use O-ring to screw the tightening head to reach ip68-10 bar pressure.
◆ applicable temperature: static: -40 ℃ to 100 ℃, 120 ℃ in a short time; Dynamic: -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, short time up to 100 ℃.
◆ thread length: short thread is suitable for opening of thin machine plate or equipment with internal thread, and long thread is suitable for joining thick machine plate. The thread lengthening type can be customized.
◆ product features: the special clamping claw and clamping ring are designed with concave convex connection, which saves time and facilitates the assembly of the clamping head. The clamping cable has a wide range, strong tensile resistance, waterproof, dustproof, salt resistant, acid resistant, alcohol, grease and general solvents.
◆ usage: the waterproof joint of metal cable is a supporting product of the cable. The joint can lock the cable, and the other end can be connected to the equipment box. It can also be connected to the electric equipment whose inlet and outlet are internal threads according to the selection of threads.
